期待已久的丹尼尔·巴伦博一姆终于把曲目公布了,但是从曲目单上面来看,估计又要跟91年克劳迪奥·阿巴多一样的结果了,不禁为巴伦博一姆捏一把汗!由于今年是海顿诞辰200周年,所以选择了海顿的曲子,但是我没有想到是那么消极的一首。唉~ 真不知道坐在下面的观众该是什么样子的反应。同时也很有兴趣看看赵忠祥老师怎么样继续胡说八道的解释。

很多供职于体面的公司、拥有体面职位的体面人,在公司内被灌输的价值观其实是:别以为销售业绩好是你的功劳,那是因为我们公司的品牌好;别以为产品好是你的功劳,那是因为公司多年来的研发投入大;别以为那么多供应商追捧着你是因为你工作出色,告诉你,你爱来不来,爱走就走,门口等着坐你位置的人正排着队呢……
这种公司文化的形成大概是希望在员工内部人为制造点紧张气氛,从而维持工作的高效率。但它的愚蠢之处在于,即使公司对员工再好,也不招员工待见,甚至得到的只有抱怨或报复。
我认识的好几个资深主管就处在这种氛围中,令人诧异的是,他们的公司相当地体面,他们的产品不仅体面,根本就是奢华高端的代名词。比起和他们做着类似工作的人,他们有更高的薪水、更好的办公环境、更多的培训机会、更优越的出差机会和物质条件,但从他们嘴里你永远别想听到对公司哪怕一丁点儿正面的评价——当然这只发生在亲近的人面前。他们永远在说公司多么多么抠门儿,老板多么多么不作为,呆在这里多么多么没劲,而且,一旦外面有好的机会,他们会无情地离开,不留下一丁点儿哪怕是礼节性的感激。在听着他们的抱怨时,我常常想像着他们的老板——那些社交场合被前拥后簇的产业链上的红人——局促地站在更大的老板面前,被数落成什么都不是的情境。
正如孩子身上能清澈地映出父母的影子一样,员工身上也能清澈地反映出一个公司的基本文化。越是被公司蔑视,他们就越是要把自己当成一回事,所谓缺啥补啥嘛。因此他们对供应商和客户十分倨傲,有一种舍我其谁的不屑,对下属苛刻严厉,时刻制造着“你不干,有人干”的压力,对上级则会夸大工作的难度和自己的不可替代性(这个好像不单单是这种公司的个性,而是所有管理层的共性),对外人则会不厌其烦地讲述自己的职位和自己的工作在这个社会甚至地球发展史上的重要程度。
公司把他们弄得很紧张,他们把自己弄得很紧张,把下属和客户也弄得很紧张,尽管这种紧张有时十分可笑。一个大牌公司的市场部主管跟我说过,在做一次新品上市的活动时,仅仅因为椅背上没有绑缎带蝴蝶结,晚上十点时,中国区经理在电话里大叫“完了,出事了!”,然后把所有刚刚回家休息的员工召回活动现场——绑蝴蝶结。这次危机处理在事后一定被当成细节管理的重要案例汇报给管理层了,因为这维护了公司品牌所传递的优雅、高贵的形象。为了时不时地让管理层意识到“没有我,就没有代表优雅、高贵的蝴蝶结”了,“蝴蝶结”之类的危机还会频繁发生,甚至人为地频繁发生。
对于员工神经质的紧张,有些公司不仅不会不安,根本就是正中下怀。你的神经质成就我的完美,何乐而不为呢?这种不愉快但高效率的相持直到出现了重大变化才会改变,比如:员工生孩子了,生重命了,或者父母健康出问题了……直到这时,神经质们才会意识到原来生活中还有工作之外别的支点。但毕竟这样的倒霉事不是经常发生,所以还是有很多人继续以精神抖擞的姿态,充满恐惧地活下去,为了让公司觉得自己是个什么东西。
